چکیده

focus of the strategic human resource management is presenting a model of strategies in the hr field to enable the organization achieve its strategic objectives. the main purpose of this study is providing a systematic and fairly standard framework for developing hr strategies. in order to show the applicability of the proposed framework, hr strategies in an oil industry company were developed. in this regard, first 22 human resource experts of the company were chosen through convenient judgmental sampling. criteria for two main component of strategic reference point’s framework, means the need for process/ result control and staffing from internal/ external labor market, were determined by these experts. applying the determined criteria, strategic reference point’s questionnaire were developed and distributed among experts. according to the mean and standard deviation scores of the criteria in four occupational groups of the company, the strategic coordinates of each group were determined. results showed that commitment strategy fits to managerial and technical occupations, paternalistic strategy fits to support occupations, and secondary strategy fits to service occupations. finally, human resource subsystem strategies were developed for each of these occupational groups.
